- Scope of Work: StudioJAED managed the design and construction administration of Polytech School District's new state-of-the-art Adult Education Center. Fast turnaround was required on this facility designed to integrate all of the latest features of an adult vocational facility with a corporate look.

Although passage of a referendum was not required to construct the building, a detailed planning effort was undertaken prior to gaining approval from the Department of Education and the School Board. StudioJAED accurately developed project estimates which landed within one percent of actual project costs.
Additionally, StudioJAED provided a wide range of interior design services, including the coordination of the mechanical and electrical components with the interior room finishes. A complete finish schedule, including all material pattern designs, was created with Owner input for the ultimate in personalization for the client.
